Always get professional advice before attempting an advanced yoga position

Hello Krystella,

I was on vacation recently, and I met a nice Indian man. We had the best sex I have ever had in my life. He was able to move and twist his body into unbelievable positions. He told me it’s all because of yoga.

I’m back in the US now, and I’m too shy to ask a yoga teacher to help me learn better sex positions and moves so I thought I could ask you.

Hello John,

I have said this before, and I’ll say it again: Yoga will improve your sex life. All that stretching and rolling around on the floor is actually good for you. It works on both the larger and the tiny muscles that you don’t know you have, but they provide a lot of sensation. As you already know sex is a physical activity. You need to have some strength, flexibility and (please, God) some stamina. The more of these three things you have, the better your experience and hopefully that of your partner, will be.

Ordinarily, the sphincter opens and closes like a fist. It either puckers like pouty lips, or it’s being forced to open by some inner or outer object. It’s the only muscle that clenches in a relaxed position. However, with a few basic yoga poses you can increase the elasticity of the sphincter and other muscles in the surrounding area. You might be able to imagine how that might improve your sex life.

Instead of opening up like a manhole, the sphincter will be able to contort into an elliptical form, an infinity symbol, or even a question mark when you become a yoga master (or yoga mistress). I’m gonna share my three favorite yoga positions with you here. If you want to know how to practise the position, just click on the name of each pose for a fuller description, okurr?

Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby Pose):
Opens and stretches the hips, the inner part of the groin, inner thighs, and hamstrings, calms the mind and relieves stress and fatigue… 

Malasana (Garland Pose):
A much more intense version of the cowgirl position, which puts you in a deep squat. Malasana nurtures healthy hips. It helps ease the hips open and increases mobility in hips, legs, and back…

Bitilasana (Cow Pose):
This turns out to be the best position for your back when doing it doggie style. This posture stretches the neck, relieves stress, massages the internal organs and increases blood circulation throughout the body…

Yoga will better your Kamasutra. A few months of yoga and your Happy Baby Pose, followed by a deep Cow Pose will lead you to new heights of sexual harmony. You might even ask yourself why you waited so long for the experience.

If you’re remarkably good, like me, you’ll be able to clamp down, tickle, pull and massage it all without missing a beat. I’m limber enough that I can bend over for your pleasure and suddenly be kissing the back of your neck.
